Prodeen (“Prodeen”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting personal data and complying with applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (“nFADP”), and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (“LGPD”), where applicable.

Depending on the context, Prodeen acts in different roles:

 

  • Data Controller: when processing personal data of website visitors, prospects, customers’ administrators, users, and business contacts.
  • Data Processor: when processing personal data uploaded by customers into the Prodeen platform on their behalf.

 

This Privacy Policy applies primarily where Prodeen acts as a Data Controller. Processing activities carried out as a Data Processor are governed by the Prodeen Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”).

Prodeen does not intentionally process special categories of personal data.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EU, Switzerland, or Brazil, such transfers are carried out in compliance with applicable data protection laws and subject to appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms implemented by the relevant provider.

Where Swiss law applies, references to the GDPR shall be deemed to include equivalent protections under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).

Brazil

Where the LGPD applies, Prodeen processes personal data in accordance with its principles, including purpose limitation, transparency, and security. Data subject rights that cannot be waived under Brazilian law remain unaffected.
