Prodeen (“Prodeen”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting personal data and complying with applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (“nFADP”), and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (“LGPD”), where applicable.

Depending on the context, Prodeen acts in different roles:

  • Data Processor: when processing personal data uploaded by customers into the Prodeen platform on their behalf.

 

This Privacy Policy applies primarily where Prodeen acts as a Data Controller. Processing activities carried out as a Data Processor are governed by the Prodeen Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”).

Prodeen does not intentionally process special categories of personal data.

Where Swiss law applies, references to the GDPR shall be deemed to include equivalent protections under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).

Brazil

Where the LGPD applies, Prodeen processes personal data in accordance with its principles, including purpose limitation, transparency, and security. Data subject rights that cannot be waived under Brazilian law remain unaffected.
