Market Access Intelligence for Beverages.
Beverage teams reformulate and launch often, and regulators watch the category closely. Prodeen tells you what you can sell, where, and with which claim.
See how it works ↓Market Access Intelligence for beverages tracks what it takes to put a drink on a shelf and keep it there. That means taxes, sweetener rules, caffeine limits, label laws and claim trends, market by market.
What is Market Access Intelligence? →Sugar taxes, warning labels and consumer sugar cuts keep every beverage recipe under review.

You reformulate for one market and trip a rule in another.
Every change to a beverage recipe touches several rules at once. Drop the sugar to clear a tax, and you've changed the sweetener declaration, the "reduced sugar" claim, maybe the preservative system. Add a botanical for a functional halo, and you've inherited a caffeine limit, a novel-food question, a health-claim minefield. Regulators watch beverages closely. When one threshold drops, a best-selling line can lose its market overnight.
Every jurisdiction draws the line differently: grams per 100ml, tiered bands, added vs total sugars. One recipe can be taxed in three ways across three borders, and the thresholds keep dropping.
Chile's black octagons spread to Mexico, Colombia and other Latin American markets. Brazil and Canada now require their own front-of-pack symbols. Each one changes the pack, the claims allowed and often the recipe.
Stevia, allulose and sucralose each have their own permitted uses, maximum levels and labelling rules by market. Consumers also avoid anything that reads as artificial.
Maximum levels, mandatory warnings and outright teen-sales bans differ by country and keep tightening. Your botanical caffeine counts toward the limit too.
Claims such as "natural", "immunity", "hydration" and "energy" sell well. They are also the claims regulators and advertising standards bodies challenge.
Beverage launches depend on speed to shelf, and most new products are gone within a year. Getting market access right first time avoids a second launch.
The Prodeen platform catches each of these changes as it happens and filters it to your drinks and markets. Your team gets a next step it can act on. You launch faster and relabel less.
See how the loop worksYou cut 30% of the sugar to clear Colombia's tax band. The same recipe now needs a new sweetener declaration in the EU. It loses its "light" claim in Brazil and trips a warning octagon in Chile. One reformulation gives four different answers in four markets. In beverages, that is routine.
Each of those four answers will change again when the rules move. The five areas Prodeen tracks for beverages, and the team each one reaches.
One change reaches Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Procurement and Marketing, each with its next step. Prodeen tracks the five domains below and turns each signal into an action.
